Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched from date of purchase. Orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking number.
Expected delivery time is 1-7 business days depending on your location.
We are unable to offer a refund due to postal delays that are out of our control. If your parcel is marked as 'delivered' by the local postal service
yet you do not have your parcel, then please contact your local post office to follow up the problem.
Currently we ship within Australia and to New Zealand, United States, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Spain, France,
Germany, Italy, Portugal and United Kingdom. If your country is not listed feel free to contact us to arrange a shipping method and cost.
We are responsible for your products safety until it arrives at your door.
We do not exchange or offer refunds once the product has been used due to health reasons.
If your package has been damaged during transit or on arrival, then please send us a photo and email
firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise a replacement for you within 14 days.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
